The State Board of Education voted 7-4 to approve a joint partnership with the NC Department of Instruction (NCDPI) and the worst purveyor of early-learning critical race theory indoctrination: UNC Chapel-Hill's Frank Porter Graham Institute. The NCDPI redirected $7M earmarked for 3 and 4 year-old special needs children to pay for abusing children with critical race theory trainings in the schools.

When given the opportunity during the State School Board meeting, Superintendent Catherine Truitt (the signatory and overseer of the partnership) deflected DPI's role, then whitewashed the CRT work of the Frank Porter Graham Institute.

Now the DPI and Frank Porter Graham Institute have removed all trainings from its partnership website to hide this evil program from public view.
