North Carolina's Department of Instruction offered a 9-week intensive teacher training to teachers all over the state. The "Culturally Relevant Teaching" program trained hundreds of teachers to judge children by the color of their skin, and to get children to prejudge others by skin color.  The training demands that teachers now start viewing every component of education our children through the lens of skin color.
